Sculptures by Alicja Podgórska Birkner

Born and raised in Poland, Alicja Podgórska Birkner, has dedicated herself to sculpting and ceramics since 1988. For the past 32 years she has been based in Germany,  living and creating in a small town in the Alps not far from Munich. The sensual, organic forms of her sculptures have been recognised all over the world, from Korea, to New York, Los Angeles and Paris. We are delighted to bring her work to the Sé gallery in London having been captivated by the traits of timelessness, serenity and harmony that permeate her work.
